It continues to be an incredible honor to serve as the Superintendent of Lake Local Schools. As we enter the final stretch of the school year, I find myself both proud of all that has been accomplished and excited for the strong finish that lies ahead.

This has truly been a remarkable year for our students. Across our district, we have seen outstanding achievement in the classroom, with students demonstrating growth, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. Beyond academics, our students continue to shine in so many ways. From award-winning performances in the arts, to impressive accomplishments in our career tech programs, to success on the athletic stage and at state-level competitions, our Blue Streaks continue to represent Lake with pride, talent, and determination.

These accomplishments are a direct reflection of the people who make Lake such a special place. I am incredibly grateful for our dedicated staff, our supportive families, and our outstanding students who give their best each and every day. We are also fortunate to have tremendous support from our booster organizations and our strong PTOs at Lake Primary and Lake Elementary, whose partnership plays a vital role in enriching opportunities for our students.

At Lake, we remain committed to our belief of Every Child, Every Minute, Every Day. That mindset drives everything we do, ensuring that each student is known, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.

As we move through these final weeks, our focus remains strong. We are committed to supporting our students through state testing and ensuring they have every opportunity to succeed. At the same time, we are preparing to celebrate one of the most meaningful milestones of the year as we honor the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished during their time at Lake Local Schools.

Our work continues to be grounded in our core values to be Responsible, Respectful, and Safe, and in our mission of Educating Generations, Serving Our Community. We remain focused on preparing every student for the future, living out our vision that Blue Streaks will be Career Ready.
