Welcome to another exciting year at Lake Local Schools!

On behalf of our Board of Education and the entire Blue Streak family, I am excited to welcome our students, staff, families, and community members to the 2026-2027 school year. The beginning of a new school year brings fresh opportunities, new friendships, exciting challenges, and endless possibilities. We look forward to another year of learning, growth, and success for every student who walks through our doors.

We are grateful for the continued support of our families, Village and Township leaders, business partners, volunteers, alumni, and community members. Your partnership plays a vital role in the success of our students and helps make Lake Local Schools an exceptional place to learn, grow, and thrive.

I am honored to serve alongside an outstanding team of professionals who are dedicated to our students each and every day. From our teachers, educational aides, bus drivers, cafeteria staff, secretaries, school counselors, school psychologists, school nurses, family support specialists, custodial and maintenance teams, technology staff, transportation department, coaches, advisors, administrators, substitute staff, and countless volunteers, every member of our Blue Streak family contributes to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can reach their full potential.

At Lake Local Schools, we are committed to excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts while providing meaningful opportunities for students to explore their interests through leadership, service, robotics, music, fine arts, career pathways, and extracurricular activities. We believe every student has unique talents, and we are dedicated to helping each child discover and develop those strengths.

Our commitment extends beyond academics. The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priorities. Through ongoing training, strong partnerships with local public safety agencies, and proactive planning, we work every day to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment where students can learn with confidence.
